The Brand Licensing Central & Eastern
Europe team would like to thank everyone who supported this
inaugural event and contributed to its success.
The show opened its doors to hundreds of retailers and manufacturers
included representatives from Avon, Tesco, Egmont Hungary,
Egmont Bulgaria, Lizzy Card, TV Mania, Sahliner SAS, Setino
Hungary KFT, PeekaBoo Toys BV and Cartamundi who came to network
with some of the top brand owners in the region. Visitors
came from 26 countries including Bulgaria, Romania, Slovenia,
Croatia, Czech Republic, Poland, Ukraine, Slovakia, Serbia,
Hungary, Greece and Spain.
Highlights from the show floor included a packed seminar theatre
where speakers included Cartamundi, Planet Retail, LIMA UK
and many more.
Exhibitor highlights included Turner CN Enterprises announcing
it has acquired the licensing and merchandising rights for
the Total Drama franchise, which is already a top-rated show
in this region. Authentic Hendrix made its debut in this market,
ELC exhibited its new representations Manchester United and
Pucca, Kidz Entertainment displayed a number of innovative
new LEGO products and Plus Licens promoted Hello Kitty in
its anniversary year.
